Usually within two weeks. I write or tidy up the text, sort out the photos and build it to work properly on phones. You see it first and tell me what to change.
I connect your domain, set up your Google Business Profile and analytics, and switch it on.
Every month I handle hosting, updates and backups, and make the changes you send me. New price or new photo? Send it on WhatsApp.
Two plans. The design and build are free on both; the monthly fee covers everything after that.

Typical agency
CPD Web Design · Business
With CPD you'd keep €1,812–€5,312
Agency build shown as a typical range. CPD totals include the 6-month minimum term. Want to own the design and code outright? A one-off €500 after the minimum term. Agency figures are typical for small Italian businesses.
Everything a site needs after launch. Most agencies charge for these separately.
6 months. That's how I get paid for the design and build without charging you up front. After that it's month to month.
It runs on my hosting so I can keep it fast, secure and up to date. You never have to touch a server, a plugin or a password reset.
Your domain and your content are always yours. After the minimum term you can take the whole site with you for a one-off €500, or simply cancel.
Every feature below works in the example site. Each example shows which plan it's built on.

There's a 6-month minimum term, which is how the design and build are paid for over time instead of up front. I host and maintain the site so it stays fast and secure. After the minimum term it's month to month, and you can leave whenever you like.
Your domain, your content (text, photos, logo) and your data are always yours. The design and code are licensed to you while you're on a plan. After the minimum term you can buy them outright for a one-off €500 and host them anywhere.
After the minimum term, give 30 days' notice. There's no penalty. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months are still due, as with any fixed-term contract.
It's always yours. I register domains in your name, or use the one you already have, and I'll transfer it to you or a new provider whenever you ask, at no cost.
Most sites go live one to two weeks after we first talk. The main thing that slows it down is gathering photos and text, and I help with both.
Yes. Every site can have Italian and English versions, with a language switch like the one on this site. It's included in the Business plan. I work in English myself, so we agree the Italian text together before your site goes live.
Anything that takes up to about 30 minutes: changing text, prices or opening hours, swapping photos, adding a dish or an event. The One page plan includes one a month and the Business plan three. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
If you need a single page that says who you are and how to reach you, such as a portfolio, CV, event or small side project, One page is enough. If you're a business that needs a menu, bookings, several pages or two languages, choose Business. You can move up at any time.
Bigger jobs: more than five pages, an online shop, new features or a full redesign. I'll quote those before doing any work, so there are no surprise invoices.
Connor
Designer & developer
I'm Connor, a designer and developer based in Rome. I've built websites for small businesses for years, and kept seeing the same thing: thousands paid up front for a site that nobody looked after once it launched.
So I changed how I charge. I build the site properly for free, and I'm paid each month for keeping it working. If your site isn't doing its job, I hear about it.
I work with restaurants, hotels, studios and shops in Rome and further afield.
Tell me about your business. Within 2 working days I'll send you a mockup of your new homepage. Free, no obligation.
